We will deliver pet food for a small fee to Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, Coral Springs, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Wellington and the Palm Beach Counties. We offer the largest selection of all natural pet food. If we do not have it we can get it for you.
Return Procedure: You may return unopened and unused products in original, sellable condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit towards another item equal to the product amount (not including shipping charges or taxes). You must request a return authorization number by sending an email via our Contact Us page or by calling us at 561-241-9151 Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged.

Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. You may want to insure your package.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped UPS ground within 24 hours unless another service level is requested. Frozen food items can only be shipped by our local delivery vehicle and will there will be a delivery fee.
Mis-shipment: If you have received an incorrect item, please send an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 561-241-9151. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items must be reported within 5 days to qualify for a return.
We do not take returns on partial cases of canned food if the order was placed as a case of pet food.
If you are receiving a home delivery and not ordering by the case then please state that when you call for a return and you will be issued a store credit based on the amount of cans you return to us.
