Return Policy

Return Procedure: You may return unopened and unused products in original, sellable condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit towards another item equal to the product amount (not including shipping charges or taxes). You must request a return authorization number by sending an email via our Contact Us page or by calling us at 561-241-9151 Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged.

Please Note: Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. You may want to insure your package. Once you have received your return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the package and send it to:

Raw Food: If you are delivered raw food you may return it to the store within 5 days for a store credit.

We offer the freshest raw dog and cat food in the South Florida and Palm Beach Counties. We will never sell you food that is not fresh.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped UPS ground within 24 hours unless another service level is requested. Frozen food items can only be shipped next day delivery, and will be assessed a handling charge. If you have any questions please call us at 561-241-9151.

Mis-shipment: If you have received an incorrect item, please send an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 561-241-9151. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items must be reported within 5 days to qualify for a return.

Canned Food:

We do not take returns on partial cases of canned food if the order was placed as a case of pet food.

If you are receiving a home delivery and not ordering by the case then please state that when you call for a return and you will be issued a store credit based on the amount of cans you return to us.
